Submission Guide
Please log in the Microsoft Submission System; ( .pdf only) to submit your full paper.
Authors should choose one of the options for publication of your paper and prepare your paper by following the specific template accordingly. We offer three options for publication as follows:
Option 1: Publication in
Conference Proceedings. Submissions will be
peer reviewed by conference committees, and
accepted papers will be published in the
conference proceedings, which will be
indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. The template is

Option 2: Publication in Journal.
Submissions will be reviewed by the
conference committees and journal editorial
board, and accepted papers will be published
in Journal of
Advances in Computer Networks, which
will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET),
Electronic Journals Library, Ulrich's
Periodicals Directory, ProQuest, and Google
Scholar. etc.. The template is

Option 3: For those who're NOT looking to
publish their papers, it's acceptable to
submit your abstracts to the conference,
which will be sent to at least two
techinical committees for a brief review,
and it will take about 10 working days. The
template is available
HERE.
Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Papers should be with at least 4 pages.
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
Paper Page Limit
ICINT encourages long paper submissions, thus, there is no page limit for submitted papers or any charge for extra pages.
